Aaron Ray
Aaron, a Partner and Co-founder of Cantheon and 5 Horizons Capital, boasts 20+ years' expertise in private equity, venture capital, business development, leadership development, consulting, and investing. His experience spans corporate growth, strategy, and operations. He previously held roles such as Managing Partner at Proclinical Executive, Co-founder of STM Canna, Operating Partner for Greenway Capital Markets, and Senior VP at Staff Care, a division of AMN Health Care.
Aaron holds a BS in Geography from Oklahoma State University and an MBA from Texas Christian University.
Bill Cronin
Bill is currently a Partner /Co-founder of Cantheon Capital and 5 Horizons Capital. With over 30 years' experience in investment banking/capital markets, M&A, and the medical device industry. He served as CEO of Dignitana AB, a publicly traded Swedish medical device maker from 2017 - 2022 and now serves as Vice-Chairman. Bill is also the Chairman of C3 Device Partners.
